To purchase your Super Fundraiser ticket, please fill in the stub and mail with $100 check to Chicago Gaelic Park (6119 W. 147th St. Oak Forest, IL 60452). For credit card purchase by phone, please call (708)687-9323. Tickets also available in the Office or from any Board Member. Gaelic Park Charities is the seller of all mail-in tickets.
